Position: Field Sales Executive / Salesman
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and hardworking sales professionals to join our growing businesses.
Our Businesses
- Colors Cartons: Printing & Packaging Solutions (Mono Cartons, Corrugated Boxes & Custom Packaging).
- Shahco Electricals: Electrical Products & Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across Mumbai and Maharashtra for business development.
- Visit industrial estates, factories, manufacturing units, and commercial establishments.
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
- Book sales meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
- Generate new sales opportunities and develop a strong client pipeline.
- Promote our products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Confidence in meeting and approaching new clients.
- Strong networking and business development abilities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Compensation
- ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives.
