About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in the Greater Charleston area. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence to launch a career while providing care for older adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care.
- Conduct 60-minute treatment sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day.
- Set your own schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Basic computer literacy.
Qualifications
- Exceptional patient service delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
- No prior in-home or home health experience is required.
