About the Role
The Financial Analyst (Retail/E-Commerce) will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both physical stores and online channels. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing sales and margin performance.
- Reviewing financial statements.
- Preparing management reports.
- Tracking key performance indicators across product categories and channels.
- Monitoring inventory and pricing impacts on profitability.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Providing data-driven insights to support merchandising, marketing, and operations decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintaining financial models.
- Assisting in building business cases for new initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting retail and e-commerce data.
- Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
