How You'll Make An Impact

• Provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone.
• Responsible for processing applications for insurance and handling service requests for customers according to established procedures.
• Responds to routine telephone calls and correspondence using a computer to access account information.
• Completes any necessary documentation.
• Refers issues to the Supervisor as needed.
