About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter to identify and attract top talent in the US market to support Amazon's growth. This role is part of the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, a central sourcing team for the WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit passive candidates by profiling them, gauging their fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Recommend recruitment strategies to contribute to the company's long-term growth.
• Implement and refine recruiting processes aligned with Amazon's mission.
• Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes in writing.
• Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
• Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
• Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
• Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualification and skill alignment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with contact management systems/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web, and other sourcing channels.
• Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
• Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screens.
• Experience setting benchmarks and metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit customer SLAs.
• Ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency.
• Understanding of the value of providing amazing customer service.
• Boolean and Advanced Search skills, including creating targeted Boolean strings for niche technical skills across various platforms.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
• Ability to articulate role-based value propositions to candidates.
• Ability to build strategies and brainstorm efficient and creative sourcing solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
• Market Intelligence: Understanding the talent market to source the right talent from targeted organizations.

Additional Details

• This is a 12-month contractual role.
• Work Timing: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST.
• Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gurgaon (Remote role).
