About the Role
BRANDI Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB is seeking a Rechtsanwältin / Rechtsanwalt (m/f/d) for their Detmold office to strengthen their civil business law practice, particularly in Commercial and Company Law. This role is open to individuals with existing expertise or those new to the field willing to learn and specialize.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent advising of medium-sized companies, also in team with colleagues
- Representation of clients in court and out-of-court negotiations
- Independent review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Above-average legal qualification, preferably evidenced by "Prädikatsexamina"
- Preferably initial knowledge and experience in Commercial and Company Law
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Enthusiasm and collegiality
