About the Role
TrueFan AI is India's leading AI video generation platform, helping enterprises create hyper-personalized, AI-powered videos at scale. We work with some of India's largest brands to deliver high-impact AI solutions across marketing, customer engagement, and communication. We're looking for a Founder's Office Delivery – Enterprise Business who can own enterprise execution, ensure seamless customer delivery, drive operational excellence, and work closely with the founders to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer engagements.
- Ensure timely execution, quality delivery, and SLA adherence.
- Build scalable delivery processes and governance.
- Strategic Program Management
- Lead high-value enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
- Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
- Drive execution across Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Customer & Revenue Ownership
- Act as the executive stakeholder for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive customer satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, commercial commitments, and account profitability.

- Track organization-wide OKRs and execution.
- Solve cross-functional bottlenecks and drive decision-making.
