About the Role
- Apprentice position at Arrow Electronics focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- This is a 1-year program, extendable based on program norms and conditions, with the potential for conversion to a full-time employee based on performance and role availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
- Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
- Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
- Perform basic problem-solving functions.
- Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
- Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt to the transition from college to the corporate world.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 2026 Pass out, Fresh Graduates with 60% Aggregate.
- Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B.Tech (IT, CS, Electronics related streams only).
- Accepting students awaiting final semester results, provided they have no backlogs and possess a provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to express ideas with clarity, as the role requires regular communication.
- Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Committed and willing to learn, contribute, and grow.
- Process oriented and a good team player.
- Good to have: Knowledge on MS Office (Basic Excel & PPT is an added advantage).
Technical Skills (For Technical Apprentice Only)
- Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL.
- Programming knowledge like, C, C++, Python.
Technical Skills (For Electronic Engineering Apprentice Only)
- A basic understanding of micro controllers or microprocessors/Power electronics/FPGA.
- Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters.
