About the Role

GRAVITY INSURANCE is an insurance services company. The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting GRAVITY INSURANCE products and services to individual and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying leads
• Conducting client meetings
• Presenting tailored insurance solutions
• Closing sales in line with company targets
• Supporting marketing campaigns
• Coordinating promotional activities
• Providing training or guidance to clients and internal teams on product features
• Collaborating closely with sales management and customer service teams to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Training skills
• Proficiency with basic office and CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to work toward targets
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is beneficial
• Familiarity with local market dynamics in Chennai is beneficial
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
