Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Base Salary: $40,000
• Opportunities for base salary increases up to $80,000 based on merit performance
• On Target Earnings: $75,000-$80,000 in Year 1
• Uncapped commission – top performers take home $90,000+
• $10,000 base pay raise every time you hit target three months in a row (up to $80,000k)
• One-time $2,000 bonus upon completion of training program
