Phaidon International is a multi-award-winning talent partner seeking ambitious individuals for an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant position in Los Angeles. This full-time role offers a fall start and focuses on building deep expertise in specialist markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Development: Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. Negotiate agreements and understand talent needs.
• Candidate Engagement: Identify and headhunt mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Build a pipeline of talent through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• End-to-End Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Embrace Technology and Data: Utilize best-in-class tools and data to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen outreach.
