About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Automic Automation & SAP Printing Specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with a broad range of technologies. This role combines automation, SAP printing, and technical support in a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and continuously improve Automic Automation (UC4) environments.
- Work with job scheduling, AE scripting, and workflow optimization.
- Support 2nd and 3rd level operations for automation-related incidents.
- Manage SAP printer administration and troubleshoot printing issues.
- Support Windows print server administration.
- Maintain and optimize SAP label printing.
- Operate and support Adobe Document Service.
- Support SAP Basis client tools such as SAPGUI and SAP Business Client.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience with Automic Automation / UC4.
- Good knowledge of AE scripting and automation workflows.
- Experience in SAP printing environments.
- Familiarity with Windows print server administration.
- Practical knowledge of SAP Basis users and client support.
- A structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of AWS, Windows Server, RHEL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in KANBAN or SCRUM environments.
