Key Responsibilities

• Develop client-centric search strategies and action plans, while building/maintaining a proprietary talent database.
• Source candidates through internal talent pools and external channels, conduct competency-based interviews.
• Prepare candidate assessment reports and coordinate client-candidate interview logistics.
• Manage offer negotiations, background verification processes, and post-placement onboarding support.
• Monitor talent market trends through industry summit participation and mapping exercises.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Candidates who are sophomores or juniors and major in Human Resource Management or business-related fields are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal aptitude with commitment to HR career development.
• Growth mindset with proven communication skills, self-motivation, and deferred gratification orientation.
• Ethical practitioner with demonstrated resource mobilization capabilities.
