Role: Technical Process Executive - Service Desk (Freshers)

Location: Bangalore (Interview Location: Bangalore) | Pune

Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office

Shift: 24x7 Shift Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to global clients via calls and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues including:
• VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory.
• Operating systems and basic networking.
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
• Work on ticketing tools.
• Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-time Graduate (15 years of formal education required; must have degree certificates and Marksheets).
• Basic analytics.
• English Comprehension.
• Email writing.
