About the Role

Master Almirah is a growing business focused on providing reliable storage and furniture solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Assistant position based in Hardoi.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, including helping with inventory handling, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Assist senior staff with furniture or almirah preparation, packing, and basic documentation of orders or deliveries.
• Coordinate with team members.
• Respond to simple customer queries.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to instructions.
• Follow safety guidelines and handle tools or materials carefully.
• Contribute to a smooth workflow in the workshop and storage areas.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform basic operational and manual tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to handle simple records, labels, and order-related documentation.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with a cooperative attitude toward colleagues and supervisors.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Readiness to work full time on-site in Hardoi.
• Prior experience in a workshop, warehouse, furniture, or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
