This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Vikasnagar.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations related to electric vehicle sales, customer engagement, and showroom or site activities.
• Assist customers with product information.
• Coordinate test drives.
• Collect and organize customer feedback.
• Support basic administrative and documentation tasks.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams on product demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
• Represent the brand at local events or promotional activities.
• Uphold Honri Pakistan’s standards of sustainability, quality, and customer service.
• Contribute to the growth of electric mobility in the region.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets) and comfort using digital communication platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and professionally.
• Basic understanding of automobiles or electric vehicles, and an interest in sustainable transportation and new technology.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day site tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams, and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in retail, automotive, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Vikasnagar and adapt to a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
