About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Water Purifier Service & Installation Technician to join us. The candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting domestic and industrial water purification systems at customer locations across Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Install domestic and industrial water purification systems at customer locations.
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repair of water purifiers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to RO systems, filters, pumps, membranes, and other components.
- Replace filters, membranes, and other required spare parts.
- Conduct water quality checks and ensure proper functioning of installed systems.
- Handle customer service visits at residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
- Maintain service records and provide updates on completed installations and service requests.
- Ensure proper installation procedures and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer locations across Coimbatore and nearby areas.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Must be able to ride a two-wheeler.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to residential, commercial, and industrial customer locations.
Qualifications
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
- Fuel allowance: Can be reimbursed
- Company vehicle might be provided if not available, although own vehicle is preferred.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Training: Training will be provided till the candidate is eligible to carry out on their own.
