Job Title: Email and Chat Support Intern
About the Role
- Full-time remote internship in India.
- Duration: 1 to 3 months.
- Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month.
- Open to freshers and students.
- Interns work on live projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries received through email and live chat in a clear and polite way.
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and requests and resolve them within the set time.
- Use CRM and ticketing tools to record, track, and update customer interactions.
- Follow response templates, support guidelines, and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the right team member with complete details.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily and weekly support reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Collect customer feedback and share suggestions to improve the support process.
- Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent written English communication and typing skills.
- Good spoken English and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of email, chat tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of customer service and handling queries.
- Patience, politeness, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work in a remote setup with a laptop and stable internet connection.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute or more.
- Any customer support course or internship experience.
Eligibility
- Students and recent graduates in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or any related field.
- Freshers interested in building a career in customer support.
- Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
