About the Role
The Production Planner role at Jina Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Production Planner is responsible for creating and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and monitor production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
- Analyze demand and capacity.
- Plan material and resource requirements.
- Track work orders.
- Adjust plans to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Maintain accurate production data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with management to align production plans with customer orders, export commitments, and inventory targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of ERP or production planning software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Understanding of quality, safety, and hygiene standards in production environments.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules management.
- Solid Planning and Analytical Skills for demand forecasting, capacity analysis, and problem-solving.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report production status clearly.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or FMCG, preferably in hygiene, cosmetics, or related industries.
- A Diploma or degree in Engineering, Production Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
