About the Role
- Own complex full-stack Web Banking changes.
- Act as a technical lead for solution design, code quality, change analysis, and team enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and implementation of complex requirements, enhancements, and change initiatives.
- Design robust frontend architecture, state models, REST contracts, and backend services.
- Validate correctness, performance, security, maintainability, and delivery impact of designs.
- Resolve complex implementation questions and manage trade-offs.
- Address quality findings from review and testing.
- Review code, database logic, test coverage, documentation, and technical designs.
- Facilitate technical clarification workshops.
- Manage dependencies.
- Make well-reasoned delivery trade-offs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Complex Angular and Java solution design and implementation.
- Technical leadership across UI, state, APIs, persistence, and microservices.
- Coaching, code review, risk management, process analysis, delivery quality, and improvement of engineering standards.
- Expert Angular, NgRx, RxJS, and TypeScript capability with a strong maintainability and performance mindset.
- Expert Java, API, microservices, and persistence design skills.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical leadership and coaching in complex web-application delivery.
- Regulated banking domain experience is a plus.
- German language skills are an advantage for workshops, change clarification, and cross-team alignment.
