About the Role

The AI Tool Freelance Trainer is a temporary, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on delivering hands-on training on AI tools and related workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design training modules and prepare learning materials.
• Conduct interactive classroom and lab sessions for learners with varied technical backgrounds.
• Demonstrate AI tool features and guide participants through practical exercises.
• Provide one-on-one support to help learners apply AI solutions to real-world scenarios.
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues during sessions.
• Collect feedback to improve course content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align training objectives with organizational needs.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Adhere to training schedules and ensure a professional learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Training and Communication skills for engaging sessions and supporting diverse learner groups.
• Solid Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and user issues related to AI tools.
• Project Management capabilities for planning training programs, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Basic technical understanding related to Machining or similar applied domains for relevant examples.
• Relevant experience in AI tools, data analysis, or digital transformation initiatives, preferably in corporate or academic training environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India.
• Flexibility for temporary assignments and varying training schedules.
