HR Intern – IT Recruitment & Sourcing

Location: Sector 67, Gurugram
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for various IT and technical roles.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Learn sourcing techniques using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Use Boolean Search and X-Ray Search to identify talent.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Understand technical job descriptions and IT skill sets.
