UI/UX Design Intern

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Design Intern who sees Figma as more than a tool. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, can turn ideas into clean, engaging digital experiences, and is fluent in crafting interfaces rather than just moving frames around. • Location: Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
• Work Model: On-site

Key Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Design Intern at BrightRays, you will:

• Design clean, intuitive, and visually striking interfaces for websites and digital products in Figma.
• Turn ideas, briefs, and rough concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Create thoughtful, scroll-stopping visuals using Figma and the Adobe Suite.
• Support the team in improving the usability, layout, and visual consistency of existing designs.
• Apply UI/UX best practices, including typography, color, spacing, hierarchy, and user flows.
• Work closely with senior designers and developers to take designs from concept to execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• A sharp eye for design, with a good sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Ability to create thoughtful, creative, and attention-grabbing designs.
• Basic understanding of UX principles such as user flows, wireframing, and usability.
• Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate.

Bonus, if you have

• A portfolio, Behance or Dribbble profile, or personal design projects.
• Understanding of responsive design and design-to-developer handoff.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
