About the Role

Intellipaat is a leading global online professional training provider. We create courses in collaboration with top MNCs and universities. We offer industry-designed certification training programs in Big Data, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and other trending technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads provided in the CRM and understanding their career up-skilling requirements.
• Pitching the right course as per customer needs.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.
• Work from Office.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts).

Compensation Details:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising ₹4.2 LPA Fixed and ₹3.8 LPA Variable.
• First month's salary will be on hold and released with the fourth month's salary for retention.
• No agreement, bond, or contract required; serving the notice period is sufficient to leave.
• Leaves are provided only for Final Examinations.

Work Details:

• Number of working days: 6 days a week.
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (including 1 hour break).
• Total productive Hours: 8 hours.
