About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Intern at Adex Media Hub will support day-to-day outreach, research, and campaign coordination. You will work with the team to identify potential opportunities, communicate with contacts, and help keep marketing activities organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Research markets, organizations, and potential leads; summarize relevant findings to support business development planning.
• Build and maintain lead lists, record outreach activity, and keep contact details accurate in team tracking tools.
• Assist with drafting and sending email outreach, managing replies, and routing follow-ups to the appropriate team member.
• Support social media marketing by preparing content drafts, scheduling approved posts, and tracking engagement.
• Help coordinate sales and marketing campaigns by organizing materials, timelines, and follow-up tasks.
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing contacts, helping the team maintain timely, clear client relationships.
• Track basic outreach and campaign results, identify patterns, and share concise updates that help inform next steps.
