About the Role

The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. Interns will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including managing social media channels, scheduling posts, and engaging with online communities to strengthen brand presence. They will assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, monitoring web analytics, and preparing performance reports to optimize digital strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for content creation, basic copywriting, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Interns are expected to stay up to date with digital trends, contribute creative ideas, and help enhance customer outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence across key social media channels.
• Schedule social media posts and engage with online communities.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
• Monitor web analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and basic copywriting.
• Ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and contribute creative ideas.
• Enhance customer outreach and engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Skills in Web Analytics.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva or similar design tools are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
• Good time management.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
