About the Role

NOVARCH CONSULTANTS is a 51-year-old architecture and planning practice in New Delhi, specializing in master planning and design of large campuses, schools, hotels, resorts, housing, and industrial projects across India, typically on sites of 5 to 100 acres.

We are seeking a Landscape Architect with 0–1 years of experience to join our design team. This role involves working with architects and planners from site analysis through to construction drawings, on projects where landscape is integral to campus functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop landscape concepts, master plans, and planting plans for campus and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare drawings, details, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for hardscape, softscape, and site grading.
  • Assist with site analysis, including topography, drainage, climate, and existing vegetation.
  • Coordinate with the architecture, civil, and MEP teams.
  • Conduct site visits and support project execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  • Lumion, Rhino, or GIS is a plus.

Qualifications

  • B.Arch with a Master's in Landscape Architecture, or a B.Landscape degree (freshers welcome).
  • A good grasp of native plant species and sustainable water management.
  • Clear sketching and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity, care for detail, and a willingness to learn on site.
