About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site Business System Analyst role based in Gurugram.
- Designed for B.Tech graduates starting their careers.
- The role supports the optimization of business processes, systems, and workflows across the dessert shop’s operations, including inventory, ordering, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
- Documenting processes.
- Analyzing data and system performance.
- Recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborating with operations, finance, and management teams to translate business needs into system enhancements.
- Supporting the implementation and testing of new tools or process changes.
- Assisting in monitoring key performance indicators and preparing reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- B.Tech degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills in Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis to understand, map, and improve operational workflows.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Skills in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation and actionable solutions.
- Comfort with basic data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Interest in learning business software used in retail or F&B environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in the food, beverage, or retail sector is a plus.
- Internship or project experience involving process improvement or system implementation is a plus.
