About the Role

We are partnering with a highly funded, category-defining AI platform looking for a Sales Development Representative in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be the engine driving the enterprise pipeline for a hyper-growth tech startup.

Base Salary: $65,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Enterprise Hunt: Open doors to the most consequential conversations in enterprise tech by targeting Fortune-level companies.
  • Talk to Heavy Hitters: Turn cold outreach into qualified pipeline directly with CIOs, CTOs, and senior tech leaders.
  • Master the Stack: Dive deep into our cutting-edge AI architecture to drop real knowledge.
  • Fuel the Rocket Ship: Watch your daily outbound activity directly drive our massive Series B growth and company momentum.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience (internships and entry-level SDR experience welcome). You have a massive bias for action and don't wait around to be told what to do.
  • Intellectually Curious: You have a genuine passion for the startup ecosystem and want to actually understand enterprise technology, not just read a script.
  • The Mindset: A smooth communicator who brings confidence to the phone, eats feedback for breakfast, and thrives in a high-energy environment.
