Sales Development Representative

About the Role

Archer is collaborating with Oracle to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. This is an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and promote leads for new prospects and/or existing customers to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps.
• Build sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies and social selling.
• Develop sales skills vital to identify and qualify new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategy, demand generation activities, and targets.
• Ensure all data is accurately maintained and updated in the Oracle CRM applications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's Degree required; Business Major preferred.
• Financially motivated and committed to a long-term career in sales.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, or business development activities (Preferred).
• Experience meeting performance metrics, quotas, or activity targets (Preferred).

Qualifications

• 0-1.5 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework.
• Initial training consists of a multi-week, comprehensive curriculum where new hires learn consultative selling skills and Oracle solutions.
• Continuous training and coaching are provided throughout your career.
