About the Role
- HR Recruiter - Fresher
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial screening discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri.com, LinkedIn, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from our Surat office.
