About the Role
Epically is an early-stage global e-commerce company. This role is for a data-savvy, high-performing Junior E-commerce Marketplace Associate who will work directly with the founder to manage and grow the company's presence on online marketplaces. The role combines day-to-day marketplace operations with hands-on data work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings, pricing, catalogue, and account health on marketplaces like Amazon.
- Track orders, inventory, returns, and FBA shipments, and plan replenishment.
- Build and maintain reports on sales, inventory, advertising, and profitability.
- Analyse data to spot trends, stock-outs, and growth opportunities.
- Run keyword, competitor, and pricing research.
- Coordinate with packing staff, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data cleaning).
- Comfortable with numbers and able to turn data into clear actions.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and quick to follow up.
- Willing to work from the Gurugram office.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Seller Central, Helium 10, or Power BI is a plus.
