Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Fulixxa products, explain their benefits, and generate interest and sales.
• Handle inbound inquiries.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Update the Sheet with call outcomes.
• Provide courteous customer support.
• Answer product-related questions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet call volume and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and brand-aligned communication style.

• Ability to speak clearly and confidently in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM or call management tools (preferred).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or retail sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional education in marketing or business is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
• This is an on-site role in Ahmedabad.
