About the Role
The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, supporting daily restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations at Ramada by Wyndham Ghaziabad Vasundhara.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food and beverage service.
- Set up and clear tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Welcome guests.
- Take and relay orders.
- Respond to guest requests.
- Provide courteous, efficient service in line with brand standards.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks as directed.
- Replenish supplies.
- Support buffet setups.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Report issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Food & Beverage knowledge.
- Practical experience in Food Service.
- Basic Food Preparation skills.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
