Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications and requirements.
• Create working drawings for various interior elements, including false ceilings and other architectural features.
• Assist in the management of government projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices.
• Experience with government project management and public building regulations.
• Ability to create accurate working drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
