About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Associate role based in Haridwar for Gupta Ji Gems And Jewels, a jewelry retail business focused on quality, authenticity, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs.
• Provide product recommendations aligned with customer preferences and budget.
• Present and explain jewelry features.
• Assist customers with try-ons.
• Process sales and returns.
• Maintain accurate billing and records.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized and secure.
• Handle basic inventory checks.
• Support visual merchandising.
• Enhance customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Uphold store policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for clear and respectful interaction.
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills.
• Abilities in Customer Satisfaction to handle queries professionally.
• Retail Sales skills to guide purchase decisions and close sales.
• Comfort with basic math, billing, and handling cash or digital payments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Minimum high school education.
• Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Additional training in sales or jewelry is a plus.
