Counselling Trainee (Remote)
About the Role
- 100% remote role.
- Ideal for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling.
- Not hiring experienced sales professionals.
Timings
- 10 AM – 8 PM (with 1–2 hr break)
- Friday and Saturday Weekly offs (5 days working)
Key Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads.
- Engage with decision makers.
- Perform persistent follow-ups to guide prospects through our Courses.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- This is not a cold calling role, but requires strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Compensation, Perks & Training
- Training Period: 45-90 days (online)
- Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR
- Post-Training: Upon successful completion
- Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month + Up to 30k Incentives
- Work from home – 100% remote opportunity.
