About the Role

The Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee program is an entry-level vital stepping stone within our organization. Training is provided, and you will be cross-trained in all aspects of store management and operations. This is an in-person job and only available physically at the specified location.

• Perform in-home delivery and setup

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement)
• This is an in-person job; remote work is not available
• Effective organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly
• Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
• Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
• Prolonged periods of driving and standing
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
