Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Address client needs by providing services such as:
- Opening new accounts
- Issuing counter checks
- Performing account maintenance
- Issuing/activating ATM cards
- Performing money transfers
- Ordering checks
- Receiving loan payments
- Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to appropriate resources.
- Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities by exploring client needs.
- May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) with proper notice.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months of experience in cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related fields, OR successful completion of company-approved training.
- Solid balancing skills.
- Solid customer service skills.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $21.00 – $24.50 hourly.
