DevOps Engineer Intern

About the Role

Full-time remote internship in India for 1 to 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Linux servers and environments with guidance.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control, branching, and code collaboration.
• Build and run Docker containers for applications and services.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Automate routine tasks and deployments using Bash or Python scripts.
• Monitor application and server performance and help troubleshoot issues.
• Support deployments on cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Prepare basic documentation for setups, pipelines, and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic understanding of Docker and containers.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Basic understanding of networking and web servers.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Kubernetes.
• Basic understanding of Nginx and monitoring tools.
• Any DevOps project, course, or certification.

Eligibility

• Students and recent graduates in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (Computer Science or IT), M.Sc, or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in DevOps.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.

Internship Details

• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 15,500 to INR 16,500 per month
