About the Role
OffbeatTreks is a premier travel agency based in Guwahati, Assam, specializing in inbound tours across Northeast India.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging posts and stories for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to promote OffbeatTreks' unique travel experiences and attract potential travellers.
- Address inquiries from clients regarding tours, destinations, and services, providing detailed and timely information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing well-organized, tailored itineraries for clients, ensuring all travel experiences align with OffbeatTreks' standards.
- Follow up on client inquiries and provide updates, aiming to convert potential inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Visit local travel agents, influencers, and potential collaborators to build partnerships and promote OffbeatTreks' offerings.
- Manage communication with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of both individual (FIT) and group tours, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Act as a Tour Manager and help operate tours on the ground whenever required, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for travellers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Social Media Savvy: Strong presence on Instagram, with a knack for creating engaging content.
Qualifications
- Smart and Confident.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
- Creative and Resourceful: Ability to bring fresh ideas for social media and client engagement.
- Passionate about Travel: A true travel enthusiast eager to share the beauty of Northeast India.
- Quick Learner: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, approachable personality.
Stipend: Rs. 3000.00 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a week
Working Hours: 8 hours
Location: Onsite (Beltola, Guwahati)
