About the Role

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations. This role involves helping customers find products, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Support merchandising and promotional displays
- Handle basic customer service issues and escalate as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends
