About the Role
- Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Workdays: Monday - Friday (from office), Saturday work from home
- Compensation: 2.5 - 4 LPA CTC
- Location: Gurugaon
- Laptop will be from your end.
- We prefer immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking online technical screenings of candidates for positions in AI, Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular, etc.
- Watching screening videos and prompting RLM to extract information on screenings.
- Taking client feedback and improving on JD and questionnaires used for different job openings.
- Conducting different kinds of analysis across operations, including Screenings, Client interviews, and CVs received.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Open to learning technical jargon quickly.
- Command of English is mandatory.
- Confident in communication (speaking and writing).
- Ability to be intensively on calls and meetings.
- Ability to receive feedback and improve fast.
Qualifications
- Technical background (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA) or openness to learning technical jargon.
