About the Role
Sign Square is seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer and Operator in Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visual designs for signage, logos, branding materials, and other graphic assets aligned with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Prepare design files for production.
- Operate relevant machines or printing equipment.
- Ensure accurate execution of designs from digital layouts to physical outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams or clients to refine design concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects.
- Review final materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain organized design assets.
- Adhere to production timelines.
- Follow safety and operational procedures for equipment use.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience operating design-related or printing/production equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual content for signage or related media.
- Ability to design and refine Logo Design and Branding elements.
- Proficiency in Typography.
- Good visual communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to interpret client requirements into effective designs.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in signage, printing, or related design-production settings is an advantage.
