About the Role
At World Trade Factory®, we're building DEV 0.0, a humanoid concept designed for the finance industry. This is a learning-first internship for high school and college students who are curious about robotics and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring DEV 0.0 to life in simulation, using free tools like NVIDIA Isaac Sim and MuJoCo.
- Teach a humanoid to walk, gesture and pick things up with reinforcement learning.
- Connect a robot to a large language model so it can listen and respond.
- Research where robots could help in banks, trading floors and offices, and where they shouldn't.
- Film, document and present what you build.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A laptop and curiosity.
- A GPU helps but isn't required; we'll show you free options.
- A weekly check-in and a show-and-tell at the end.
- Under 18? We'll need a parent or guardian's consent.
Qualifications
- Hungry to learn.
- Unafraid to break things.
- Excited to share what you figure out.
- No specific prior expertise required.
