We are looking for ambitious and results-driven sales professionals for a Proposed Assistant Team Lead (ATL) opportunity in online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degree program sales. Candidates will initially be given the opportunity to lead a team of 2–3 Business Development Executives, demonstrate their leadership capabilities, and drive team enrollment numbers. The official ATL designation will be considered based on leadership performance, team management, and target achievement. Candidates with unofficial or informal team-handling experience in online degree program sales are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 2–3 Business Development Executives.
- Drive individual and team enrollment targets for online UG/PG degree programs.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, team coordination, and performance management skills.
- Coach team members on sales strategies, lead follow-ups, objection handling, and conversions.
- Monitor daily performance, enrollment numbers, and conversion rates.
- Share regular sales updates and performance reports with management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6+ months of sales experience, mandatory in online UG/PG degree program sales.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving enrollments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- A self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates who successfully demonstrate strong leadership, consistent numbers, and team productivity may be considered for the official Assistant Team Lead (ATL) designation.
