Quickscholars is an edtech organization focused on making learning opportunities more accessible and helping students discover relevant academic and career pathways. As a Student Growth Representative, you will contribute to meaningful student outreach and support the growth of digital education initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through approved digital communication channels and understand their learning goals.
• Explain relevant courses, programs, and platform offerings clearly and accurately.
• Maintain organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and student interest.
• Support outreach campaigns, generate qualified leads, and contribute to student acquisition goals.
• Share recurring student feedback with the growth and marketing teams to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with team members in a remote setup while meeting assigned activity and reporting expectations.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first approach.
• Confidence in speaking with students and explaining information in a simple, helpful manner.
• Good follow-up discipline, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Basic comfort with digital tools, online communication, and maintaining data accurately.
• Prior experience is not mandatory; enthusiasm for education, outreach, and growth is valued.

This is a 1-month, paid, full-time remote internship with a stipend of ₹20,000 per month.
