About the Role

• Part-time, hybrid role
• Based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of volunteers
• Ensure volunteers understand responsibilities and organizational guidelines
• Conduct volunteer orientations and training sessions
• Maintain accurate volunteer records
• Provide ongoing support and recognition to volunteers
• Communicate regularly with community partners
• Assist in planning outreach activities
• Align volunteer efforts with organizational goals
• Evaluate program effectiveness
• Gather feedback from volunteers and stakeholders
• Recommend improvements to enhance volunteer experience and community impact

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to organize multiple activities
• Manage schedules
• Maintain accurate records using basic digital tools

Qualifications

• Strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Community Outreach experience
• Prior experience coordinating volunteers, community programs, or non-profit initiatives is preferred
• Diploma or degree in social work, community development, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory
