2027 Finance & Accounting Analyst Program

About the Role

The Fiserv Finance & Accounting Analyst Program is an early career development program designed for recent college graduates interested in progressing their careers in Finance or Accounting. Analysts will experience two 12-month structured assignments over a two-year period. The program provides professional development and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key data points and trends that demonstrate the relationship between operational, financial, and performance goals.
• Manage financial risk by helping the business adapt to new conditions and monitor operating expenses to ensure alignment with budget.
• Conduct and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects for senior leadership to assist decision-making.
• Prepare financial and business-related analysis and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, budgeting, costing, rate of return, depreciation, and working capital.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and related areas.
• Play an active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual system forecasting across the company.
• Post journal entries, assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank statement reconciliation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program completed in December 2026 or after.
• Majors: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other relevant majors.
• GPA: 3.5+
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
• On-site presence required Monday through Friday.
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
