Sales Representative, Entry Level

About the Role

Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an exciting, long-term career opportunity as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This role offers continued upward mobility and opportunities for promotion to full-time sales within 9-12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inside sales representatives and management in customer service and sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Establish new sales opportunities with both inside and outside sales responsibilities.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• History of persistence or commitment to school, work, or community.
• Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school, or other activities.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, customers, and the industry.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly range: $20.59/hr. to $30.89/hr., based on experience.
• Monthly bonus program (estimated at $4,283 to $6,249 annually, with no cap).
